About this product
Purified Himalayan shilajit — a natural resin sourced from high-altitude rock, filtered and packed in a sealed 20g jar.
How to use: dissolve a pea-sized portion (about 300–500mg) in a cup of warm water or milk, once a day. The resin softens in warmth and stirs in easily.
Storage: keep the jar tightly closed at room temperature; the resin is naturally thick and sticky, and firms up when cool.
Note: shilajit is a traditional preparation, not a medicine. If you are pregnant, nursing, or on medication, check with a doctor before use.
