What to send us, so we can answer in one reply
- An existing order: the order number from your confirmation email. You can also track it yourself with that number and the phone number you ordered on.
- A delivery question: your PIN code. Dispatch is 24–48 hours from Pampore and transit is 3–8 business days depending on the state — see shipping.
- Something arrived wrong or damaged: a photograph of the jar and the seal, before you throw the packaging away. Our returns policy is a 7-day window, and saffron that fails the home water-bloom test is refunded in full.
- Bulk, corporate or wedding quantities: the quantity, the date you need it by, and where it is going. Start a bulk enquiry on WhatsApp and we will come back with availability and pricing.
Who you are actually buying from
The Heritage Kashmir is a brand of Pampore Saffron Farmers Producers Organization, J&K. That is a farmer producer company, not a reseller — the saffron is grown and hand-sorted by our own member families in Pampore, the town most of India’s saffron comes from, and sealed there before it ships.
- Registered entity: Pampore Saffron Farmers Producers Organization
- Registered address: Lethpora, Pampore, Pulwama, J&K 192121 — Near J&K Bank, Lethpora
- FSSAI licence: 11022470000019 — look it up on the FSSAI portal rather than taking the badge on trust. A licence number you can check is the point; “FSSAI approved” is a phrase FSSAI itself has warned sellers against, because it licenses businesses and does not approve products.
- Payments: online through Razorpay, or cash to the DTDC courier on delivery. We never ask for a payment over WhatsApp or by bank transfer — on WhatsApp we only ask you to confirm a cash on delivery order.
More on the family, the fields and how the harvest actually works is on our growing process, and the awards and press are on recognition.
