We want you to be confident in every order from The Heritage Kashmir. This policy explains cancellations, returns and refunds.
Order cancellation
- You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund — just email or WhatsApp us as soon as possible.
- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but the return terms below may apply.
Returns (food product)
As our products are consumable food items, for hygiene and safety we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. We will replace or refund an order if:
- the product arrives damaged, leaking or broken;
- you received the wrong item; or
- the product is defective or not as described.
Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, via email or WhatsApp.
Saffron authenticity guarantee
If your saffron fails a basic home authenticity test (e.g. the slow water-bloom test) or the grade/batch information does not match, contact us within 7 days and we will refund or replace it in full.
Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
