We ship The Heritage Kashmir orders across India. Here is what to expect.
Where we ship
Pan-India delivery to serviceable PIN codes. We currently ship within India only.
Dispatch & delivery time
- Dispatch: orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery: typically 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location, via our courier partner DTDC.
- Remote areas may take a little longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery location and order weight. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we email you the courier tracking number (AWB) so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Delays & failed delivery
- Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier load, or local restrictions — we appreciate your patience and will help track any delayed parcel.
- Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address or repeated failed attempts), we will contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply) or refund per our refund policy.
Packaging
Saffron ships in tamper-evident, food-safe packaging, carefully padded to protect it in transit.
