Raw, single-origin wild honey from the Acacia and Kikar forests of Kashmir, harvested by traditional beekeepers and infused with our own ISO 3632 Grade I Mongra saffron. No heating, no filtering beyond a coarse sieve, no added sugar or syrup — just pure Kashmiri honey with real saffron threads suspended in every jar.
Kashmiri wild honey has a distinctive light amber colour and a delicate, floral sweetness that does not overpower. When we infuse it with Mongra saffron, the crocin slowly tints the honey a deeper gold and adds a subtle, earthy warmth that makes it unlike any honey you have tasted.
How to use: stir a teaspoon into warm (not boiling) milk or kahwa. Drizzle over toast, yogurt, or oatmeal. Blend into a face mask with a pinch of turmeric. Take a spoonful straight for a winter immunity boost. Each 500g jar contains roughly 30-40 servings.

Why has my honey crystallized? Is it still good?
Crystallization is natural and a sign of genuine, unpasteurized honey. Commercial honey is heated to prevent crystallization, which also destroys enzymes. To liquefy, place the sealed jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for 15-20 minutes. Never microwave honey — it destroys the beneficial enzymes. Crystallized or liquid, the honey is equally good.
