Generations in the same fields
Our family has cultivated saffron in Pampore for generations. What began as a few kilos sold to local traders is now a direct line from our fields to your kitchen — without the middlemen who blend and dilute.
We pick at dawn when the flowers open, separate the crimson stigma by hand, and dry it the traditional way. Then we grade it, certify it, and put proof in the box. That’s the whole business.
